We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost.

Shipping Policy
Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days of order placement.
Domestic Orders: All domestic orders are subject to a flat (FREE) shipping fee. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to arrive via USPS First Class shipping.
International Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for International orders.
Cancellation Policy
Most of the orders are custom made, so canceling an order may be difficult. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to stop the order before it is processed and shipped. If the order has already been shipped it will be subject to our return policy stated above.

So, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your transaction or purchase with us, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost.
We also warrant our products to be free of manufacturers defects and we will replace any product you receive that is proven to be defective. All other warranties, express or implied are disclaimed.
Liability Policy
As with all retail purchases, the buyer’s acceptance of any order is conditioned upon their acceptance of the seller’s policies and terms. This means, we shall not be deemed liable, whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty, in negligence or otherwise, for consequential, special or incidental damages. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount of the purchase price; and the buyer’s right to replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy.
