Are your products "American" Made?
Yes! We are located on the outskirts of Austin, Texas. Our little company employs several folks in our community, and also provides opportunities for many local teens to work part time helping us with material prep and operations. When you do business with us, you are supporting our community and we thank you so much!
How long until I receive my order?
We make and ship orders within 2 business days. Then the shipping is handled by USPS or FedEx (your choice when you check out). USPS is lower cost ground shipping and typically takes 3-5 business days. FedEx is 2 day air service. If you use FedEx, you can be confident that you will receive your order no later than 4 business days after you submit your order.
Tell me more about your custom luggage tags.
Both our acrylic and metal tags are beautiful and durable. They are the same dimensions and thickness (1/8 inch thick). The acrylic tags are lighter, brighter and don't "jangle" at all. The metal tags are a little heavier, more of a "matte" finish and are indestructible.
We use a proprietary process to laser etch with the best precision you will see on the market, regardless of the material you choose.
What is the limitation on number of letters on a luggage tag?
We typically limit each line to 25 characters or less, otherwise we have to reduce the font size a little too much.
However, if you would like us to put more letters on one line, please tell us in the "special instructions" box in the order page and we'll take care of it.
Sometimes a customer just wants an extra letter or two to complete their email address, and that totally works, just let us know!
Do you provide proofs?
Typically we do not provide proofs in order to run the business as efficiently as possible.
We format the tags with a consistent process, what you see in our online images will match your tags in format and look.
However, if you would like a proof, we can do that, no problem!
Beneath the text area in the order page, you will see a "special instructions" box. There you can request a proof or add any questions or comments. Please include a phone number or email address for us to contact you efficiently.
Do the attachment loops come with luggage tags?
Yes! Each luggage tag will come with a metal braided loop that screws securely together for a very robust and reliable connection.
Do you take special requests?
Absolutely! Our goal is to create very happy customers. If there is something special that you would like, please let us know and we'll do our best!
Can you design and print unique 3D parts for me?
Absolutely! We do design and print for customers routinely. Because each project is unique, please contact us for more info.
