These luggage tags are really awesome! Excellent quality - lettering is nice, legible, and fastens securely to my luggage. I noticed that there was one letter missing from my email address, which I believe was my mistake when I submitted the order. Terry printed up new tags which he is sending at no additional charge, even though the mistake wasn’t his fault. I’m impressed by this level of customer service - it’s refreshing to be treated so well. This is an Amazon vendor that should be supported. Great quality & great customer service — can’t beat it!
